In this first episode of “Eataly” we go through 10 of the 20 Italian regions, as we explore traditional food and culture. Each region get represent by a specific dish or set of snacks and beverages. We also learn about their historical background. Moreover, each region gets a specific destination – often off the beaten path – to explore from the point of view of history, culture and travel.

So buckle up as we go through Abruzzo, Basilicatta, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli – Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Marche, Piedmont, Sicily and Aosta Valley.
