The San Diego Bike Coalition named Will Rhatigan to the biking group as its latest advocacy supervisor. 

As advocacy supervisor, Rhatigan will lead the event of methods to trace bicycle infrastructure initiatives, insurance policies and plans to make sure that bike owner security is prioritized within the area’s planning.
